Grilled Chicken Breasts with Cilantro-Hazlenut Pesto

1  Cup loosely packed Cilantro leaves, about 1/2 of a fresh bunch
1 & 1/2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic, desired taste
1/4 Cup chopped Hazelnuts aka Filberts
6 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Lime or Lemon Juice
5 Dashes of hot sauce, Tabasco or desired brand
Salt and Pepper to taste and dietary requirements
4 to 5 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 Cup Canola or Vegetable Oil

Pesto Preparation:
Using a food processor, slowly add all ingredients one at a time, until a paste of even consistency, however still grainy, from the nuts, is formed.
Chicken Preparation:
Coat chicken with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill, Barbecue or Broil approx. 7 to 9 minutes on either side. Check the chicken to make sure it is adequately cooked through.
Remove the chicken from grill, BBQ or broiler. Coat each piece of chicken with the pesto and serve.
