Light Vinagrette

(This recipe was given to me by someone that came to a party at the house, when the ex was in college. It looks easy enough to make and quick, as well.)

3 Parts Olive Oil to
1 Part Red Wine or Balsamic Vinegar
I Tsp. Dijon Mustard
Sprinkle of Fresh:
Black Pepper or White Pepper
Kosher Salt to taste
Pinch of Sugar to taste

Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend well to emulsify. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
